Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made online from the registration website or by e-mail. For cancellation by e-mail, please contact

The following cancellation fees are applicable.

• Cancellations received by Friday, June 15 (JST 11:59 p.m.): 50% of the registration fee
• Cancellations received on and after Saturday, June 16 (JST 12:00 a.m.): 100% of the registration fee
